One thing to remember when cooking stuffed pork chops is to have cuts of at least 1 inch thick.  But if you already have pork chops on your freezer that is less than 1 inch think then you can use that too.  Though you do not have to slice through the pork chops but simply layer them.  Defeats the purpose of stuffing but you can always innovate in your cooking.

To cut the pork chops, use a sharp knife.  Slice on the side of the pork chop enough to allow the stuffing to get in and not slice it in half.  Though if your chops are bone-in you can slice through up to the bone to allow more stuffing in it.  You are creating a pocket for the stuffing to be in.  Do the same for all pork chops.

Then with your stuffing, scoop it in as advised in your picked porkchop recipe.  Put in enough and not give the pork chop a bulging look.  Place toothpicks on the opening of the pork chop to prevent the stuffing to get out.  You can then arrange the pork chops on the baking pan you like.  Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to keep the moisture in and not dry out the meat.

The cooking time is quite long about an hour at 350⁰ to make the pork chops tender and moist.  So while waiting you can prepare a dessert or some other dish you like the pork chops to go with.  And then set the table for the meal and clean up the kitchen.  You can do a lot of things in an hour’s time.

When the time is up, let your meat cool down a bit like 5 minutes so the juices will loosen up from the meat.  Then serve the meat dish to your family and friends or enjoy the stuffed pork chop recipes all by yourself.
